LESSON 6
Making Supporting Beams
In this lesson we will show you how to make your supporting beams using the template we made in the previous lesson.
Materials Needed:
4 x supporting beams
We have used in this video:
35mm x 90mm length of timber
Suggested tools for this lesson include but are not limited to:
Saw (electric, hand, jigsaw or router)
Sanding or planing tools
Pencil
Cardboard Template (made in previous lesson)
Drill - 5mm drill bit + countersink/drill bit larger then your screw head
IMPORTANT: When installing your supporting beams they must all be parallel in order for your bed lift to smoothly glide up & down.
