Lesson 7
Install Supporting Beams
In this lesson we will show you how to install your supporting beams.
Materials you will require:
4 x Supporting Beams (created in previous step)
12 x Metal Screws
Brackets (optional)
Window Packers
We used:
4 x 50mm long Hex Head Self Drilling Screws for Metal
8 x 100mm long Hex Head Self Drilling Screws for Metal
Tools you will require:
Electric Screw Driver
Tape Measure
Square
IMPORTANT: Make sure you secure all your actuators parallel to each other, squared off to the floor. This will make sure your bed will glide up & down smoothly without any friction.
