Lesson 12
Measure and cut track
In this lesson we will be cutting down the track to fit your van. If your van has the height clearance to fit the full 1000mm track you can install it at this length.
For this you will require:
4 x tracks (provided)
Tape Measure
Pencil
Saw
Drill - 5mm drill bit + 10mm drill bit/countersink
IMPORTANT: Your track should not be any shorter than 860mm. This provides enough length for the stroke of the actuator (710mm) + length of the wheels (150mm)
